Alberto was born in Tuscany in 1984.

After training as a surveyor and following a summer job, he discovered what his vocation of a life would be: the kitchen.

He spent several years in the best Italian and international cuisines, thus developing an ability to combine the various tastes drawing from every direction, with no apparent limits, with total awareness of the result.

In his kitchen he ranges from the use of the most varied ingredients and the most refined cooking methods.
